About your coach
I know what it feels like to start over.
Several times.
I started my career in advertising in Vietnam, then Japan, then Australia, then Singapore, where I joined a digital publishing startup right at the start of the digital advertising era. Two decades. Four countries. A career that kept asking me to start over.
In 2023, things shifted. I moved into carer coaching, working with people who give everything to others and quietly forget that support isn't weakness. That experience, plus my formal coaching training, gave my work a name.
YouLead Coaching was born in 2024. I built it because I know there's always a way forward. You're more resourceful than you realise. And you don't have to figure it out alone.
